Returning Student Enrollment Form - Full Year
If you would like to enroll a returning student, this is the form for you!

Once you submit this form, you will be directed to our online payment portal (we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express). If you prefer to pay via cash or check, OR if you are applying for a scholarship, please close the payment window after clicking "Submit", and call our office at (845) 356-1522.

Once your registration fee goes through, we will charge your first payment to that same card based on the selections you make below.

    (The amounts listed represent the total tuition for 32 weeks of lessons unless otherwise indicated. Tuition for the String Orchestra is $300 for individual lesson students. Tuition for either choral group is $100 for individual lesson students.)

    Loyalty - the first of each month, Sept through April
